- We reserve the right to showcase non-sensitive work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless agreed otherwise.
6. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, content, imagery, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Ensuring any content you supply does not infringe copyright or other rights.
- Complying with any industry-specific regulations that apply to your business.
7. Limitations of liability
We take reasonable care and skill in supplying our services, but we cannot guarantee specific financial results.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party providers (hosting, plugins, CRMs, ad platforms, etc.).
- Our total liability in respect of any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant work.
